PhotoRobot Academy provides studio teams official training & certification for the user roles and speciality domains within the PhotoRobot ecosystem. The curriculum supports the complete and frictionless onboarding of production line operators, studio managers, integrators, network and hardware specialists, and certified instructors. This includes available training courses in five specialty domains (OCR, 3D modeling, PINK - Clinical, Virtual Catwalk, and carpet photography).

There are 11 certification tracks, with 62 modules, and one credential per role. The on-site PhotoRobot Academy (recommended) involves 2 days of intensive training with a certified PhotoRobot Instructor who travels directly to your location. This instructor works on your equipment, while training runs according to the specific hardware variant, lighting setup, network configuration, and the workflow your team uses in production. The instruction covers every preset, every recipe, and every habit necessary for production – which all become immediately usable in live shifts the following morning. Your teams keep the configured presets. Recipes remain in the shelf library. The instruction ends, and your team is production fluent.
2-Day Intensive Training at PhotoRobot Studio
Group training programs at PhotoRobot Studio take place over 2 days just outside of Prague, in Klecany, Czech Republic. There is hands-on training with real PhotoRobot equipment, all instructor-led over a fixed 2-day agenda per role. The program consists of module knowledge checks, hands-on practice, and a final certification exam. Typically, this option is best for the onboarding of new PhotoRobot customers, teams of 2-15 who can travel together, and customers without already-installed equipment.
Self-Paced Online Certification
The self-paced online certification covers the complete curriculum which is offered during in-person training. Typically, this requires 2-3 weeks at 4-5 hours per week to complete the online study,and receive formal certification. This option is popular for the onboarding of solo operators, single new hires, distributed teams, or as preparation before an in-person intensive program.
